Weight Watcher Wednesday: Switching It Up.

This week, I'm kicking up the basic 'go for a walk' routine.

I've been logging in time at our local track, as well as adding bleachers...

You know, where you go up and down the bleacher stairs?

It's energizing, and always nice to switch up the same ol' thing.

That's what I've been up to this week.
